Hi Raniero,
If you want to start an Italian section, you can just create Italian versions of pages. Check the other languages for examples and check e.g. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Editing for instructions on how a Wiki can be edited.
Check e.g. with user Daggerstab if you have special questions, as he is more busy content wise.
